Du wirst Teil eines engagierten Treuhand-Teams bei PwC Schweiz, das nationale und internationale Kund:innen in einem dynamischen und digitalen Umfeld begleitet. Gemeinsam betreut ihr anspruchsvolle Mandate für KMU unterschiedlicher Branchen und Rechtsformen und arbeitet dabei eng mit Fachspezialist:innen anderer PwC-Abteilungen zusammen. Im Team wird Wissen aktiv geteilt, Verantwortung übernommen und Zusammenarbeit grossgeschrieben. Dich erwartet ein professionelles Umfeld mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen, hoher Qualitätsorientierung und einer starken Coaching- und Feedbackkultur.

Dein Impact

  • Übernimm die selbstständige Betreuung eines vielseitigen Kundenportfolios mit KMU aus unterschiedlichsten Branchen und Rechtsformen sowie Zweigniederlassungen internationaler Kund:innen und entwickle dich in Richtung eigenverantwortliche Mandatsleitung. 

  • Berate und unterstütze Kund:innen umfassend in den Bereichen Finanz-, Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung sowie bei steuerlichen Fragestellungen – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Steuerexpert:innen. 

  • Übernimm externe Einsätze im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen bei nationalen und internationalen Unternehmen. 

  • Trage aktiv zum Wissenstransfer im Team bei, unterstütze insbesondere jüngere Kolleg:innen bei fachlichen Fragestellungen und fördere eine kollaborative Lernkultur. 

  • Wirke bei der Gewinnung neuer Kund:innen und der Erstellung von Offerten mit und treibe die kontinuierliche Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen durch moderne Technologien und Tools voran. 

 　

Dein Skill Set

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung mit Fachausweis oder Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft HF/FH mit Schwerpunkt Accounting & Controlling; eine laufende oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Treuhandexpert:in ist von Vorteil. 

  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld; erste Erfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Führung anspruchsvoller Mandate ist von Vorteil. 

  • Deutsch als Muttersprache und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse. 

  • Analytische, exakte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise und ein Verhalten, das offen, teamorientiert, verantwortungsvoll, wie auch flexibel ist. 

  • Motivation, künftig ein kleines Team zu führen und Coaching-Aufgaben zu übernehmen. 

  • Hohe IT-Begeisterung, ausgeprägte Affinität zu modernen Technologien und professionelles, serviceorientiertes Auftreten.
