(Senior) Associate, Global Manager Research Asia

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in investment manager / mutual fund research, due diligence, and manager selection.   strong grasp of global markets, asset classes, and the asset management industry (experience on multi-manager, endowment, sovereign, buy-side, or major consultant platforms is highly relevant).

• Detail orientation with solid analytical and writing skills; ability to synthesize complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations with a robust, consistent framework

• Ownership and accountability: prioritize, multi-task, and deliver end-to-end work independently while collaborating inclusively with global, cross-disciplinary stakeholders

• Growth mindset and proactivity: open to feedback, commits to resolve problems end-to-end, stewardship orientation, and motivation to do what is right

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; confident presenting to diverse audiences and maintaining well-reasoned, evidence-based views through rigorous discussion

• Verbal and written proficiency in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese

• Knowledge of wealth, retirement or investment-linked insurance scheme platforms across Asia preferred

• Proficient with Morningstar Direct, Lipper, Bloomberg and other research packages

• Post graduate degree, CFA/CAIA preferred
