YOUR NEW ROLE

• To support the management of transactional, processing or functional support activities: ensuring that work is dealt with efficiently and accurately, in accordance with policies and procedures in order to provide business partners and customers with a cost effective and efficient best practice service.​
• To support the business unit by attending to a range of administrative & operational activities in order to ensure that Managers/Team Leaders are facilitated in the provision of an efficient and high-quality service to internal and external customers.
• Perform daily functions such as reporting exception management and remediation, data reconciliations and the production of management information.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• To comply with the law and all applicable compliance obligations relevant to the position holder existing work responsibilities, duties, work practices and conduct
• To conform with all internal operating policies and procedures relevant to the position
• To identify and report any policy breaches to People Leader/Manager
• Role holder is likely to be an experienced operational / wholesale banking practitioner.
• Over 7 years of experience, working in global banking environment
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Financial Markets Operations.
• Experience supporting FX, OTC Derivatives and money market operational processes and controls, specifically in:
  • Trade lifecycle management
  • Trade confirmation issuance
  • Trade confirmation matching
  • Reconciliations & Investigations (cash/position)
