Ability to manage Client escalations and Client relationships
Good to have Hiring Skills:
• AML / KYC Certification
• Dependable, with proficient attention to detail
• Must be goal oriented
Responsibilities:
a) Responsible for the monitoring day to day activity of the process assigned and meeting SLA’s related to the processes
b) Is a 1st level escalation point for process owners/SMEs at client (e.g. existing team lead interacts with process SMEs)
c) Responsible for performing supervisory checks and controls
d) Volumes / task allocation on day-to-day basis
e) Identifies training needs / knowledge gaps and executes process training, guides analysts/senior analysts in issues/exceptions
f) Driving risk culture and awareness
Mandatory Skills: Retail Banking(BA) .
