Summary:

In this role, you will perform complex analyses and research and develop solutions based on thorough and comprehensive research & technical expertise. You will conduct complex financial analytics to identify untapped savings opportunities and competitive strengths.

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth supply impact analytics to identify the value of GPO Supply contracts for potential/current customers.

• Interpret statistical analysis based on market and product knowledge.

• Present member specific executive summary of financial value and pricing.

• Maintain current contract knowledge to provide meaningful and accurate financial assessment.

• Detailed analytical interpretation of Tiering and Market Share requirements.

• Use acquired knowledge and/or GPO experience to analyze the non-pharmacy portfolios including packaging and pricing validation.

• Provide detailed Peer reviews.

• Cross train with Recruitment and Retention team.

• Complete Adhoc analytics.

• Provide training for new analysts.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.

• 5 or more years of relevant experience required.

• Broad diversified knowledge of healthcare products and services.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Action oriented, high initiative, good problem-solving skills, and independent thinking.

• Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration with customer service orientation.

• Must be proficient in Excel, Access, SQL query writing. VBA desired.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
