CLIENT LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT - Technical Operations Factory-Retrieval systems - Rebus

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain REBUS retrieval systems and related applications. Perform daily operational checks and health monitoring. Troubleshoot application, system, and data retrieval issues. Investigate and resolve incidents within defined SLAs. Support batch jobs, data processing, and retrieval workflows. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues. Manage application configurations and system updates. Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and development teams. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements. Support production deployments and change activities. Perform log analysis and issue diagnostics. Ensure data accuracy, availability, and integrity. Create and maintain operational documentation and SOPs. Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes. Provide operational support for business-critical retrieval services.
