Über die Rolle:
Als Design Lead / Senior Art Director verantwortest du die Entwicklung wirkungsvoller, hochwertig gestalteter Kommunikationsmaßnahmen sowie die Umsetzung produktionsbasierter Design-Assets. Du arbeitest an einer vielfältigen Bandbreite von Marketing- und Brand-Materialien, darunter digitale Kampagnen, POS-Materialien, Adaptionen bestehender Assets, Social-Media-Inhalte, Web-Banner, Messematerialien, Präsentationen und animierter Content.
Was du tun wirst:
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagern und Business Leads in einem dynamischen, schnelllebigen Umfeld auf Kundenseite.
- Führung und Steuerung von Projekten, die besondere Möglichkeiten bieten, kreative Exzellenz und Designqualität zu demonstrieren.
- Gleichzeitig Bereitschaft, auch produktionsorientierte Design- und Umsetzungsaufgaben zu übernehmen.
- Fachliche Führung sowie Coaching von Designern und Artworkern in anderen Regionen.
- Kuratierung und Pflege einer Sammlung herausragender Designarbeiten sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der kreativen Qualität, unabhängig von Projektumfang oder Budget.
- Beobachtung aktueller Designtrends, neuer Technologien und Best Practices.
Was du mitbringen solltest, um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein:
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Fundiertes Verständnis zeitgenössischen Grafikdesigns, exzellente Typografie-Kenntnisse und ein ausgeprägtes Auge für Details.
- Fähigkeit, geschäftliche und kundenspezifische Ziele zu verstehen und Briefings kritisch zu hinterfragen.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Adobe Creative Suite, insbesondere Photoshop, InDesign und Illustrator.
- Erfahrung mit After Effects ist von Vorteil.
- Proaktive, positive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Zeitmanagement-Kompetenzen.
- Leidenschaft für Design, Social Media und aktuelle digitale Trends.
- Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Designteams sowie in der konstruktiven Anleitung und Förderung kreativer Talente.
- Verständnis von Reinzeichnung (Artworking) und digitaler Produktion.
- Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte parallel in einem schnellen Arbeitsumfeld erfolgreich zu steuern.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Erfahrung im Aufbau vertrauensvoller Kundenbeziehungen.
