Pozisyon Hakkında

Müşteri ilişkileri ve proje yönetimi süreçlerinde güçlü, değişen önceliklere hızla adapte olabilen; markanın ihtiyaçları ile ajansın yaratıcı ve operasyonel süreçleri arasında etkili bir köprü kurabilen Senior Account Manager arıyoruz.

Sorumluluklar

  • Müşteri ilişkilerini yönetmek, markanın ihtiyaçlarını doğru analiz etmek ve ilgili ajans ekiplerine aktarmak.

  • İletişim projelerini fikir aşamasından uygulama ve teslim sürecine kadar sahiplenmek.

  • Kreatif, strateji, prodüksiyon ve diğer ekiplerle koordineli çalışarak projelerin zamanında ve beklenen kalitede tamamlanmasını sağlamak.

  • Müşteri brieflerini doğru analiz etmek, ilgili ekipleri yönlendirmek ve brieflerin yaratıcı çıktılara dönüşmesini sağlamak.

  • Proje takvimlerini, bütçeleri, iş akışlarını ve öncelikleri takip etmek.

  • Değişen müşteri ihtiyaçlarına ve önceliklere hızla adapte olarak ekiplerin iş planlarını organize etmek.

  • Olası riskleri önceden tespit etmek ve proje süreçlerinde çözüm odaklı bir yaklaşım sergilemek.

  • Müşteri toplantılarına ve sunumlarına aktif olarak katılarak proje süreçlerini ve çıktılarını etkili şekilde aktarmak.

  • Müşteri beklentileri ile ajansın yaratıcı ve operasyonel süreçleri arasında güçlü bir köprü kurmak.

  • Müşteri memnuniyetini ve uzun vadeli iş ilişkilerini geliştirecek fırsatları takip etmek.

  • Güncel iletişim trendlerini ve sektör dinamiklerini takip ederek markalara değer katacak öneriler geliştirmek.

Aranan Nitelikler

  • Üniversitelerin ilgili lisans bölümlerinden mezun olmuş.

  • Reklam ajanslarında Account Manager, Project Manager veya benzer bir pozisyonda en az 5 yıl deneyim kazanmış.

  • Müşteri ilişkileri ve uçtan uca proje yönetimi süreçlerinde aktif rol almış.

  • Aynı anda birden fazla proje ve önceliği etkili şekilde yönetebilen.

  • Ekip organizasyonu, planlama, iş takibi ve koordinasyon becerileri güçlü.

  • Müşteri iletişimi kuvvetli, farklı disiplinlerle yakın çalışmaya yatkın.

  • İyi seviyede İngilizce bilgisine sahip.

  • Problem çözme ve kriz yönetimi becerileri gelişmiş, çözüm ve sonuç odaklı.

  • Kalite, bütçe ve zaman planlaması konusunda titiz ve detaycı.

  • Detaylara hâkim olurken büyük resmi de gözetebilen.

  • Reklam, iletişim ve yaratıcı süreçlere ilgi duyan, güncel sektör trendlerini takip eden.

  • Yoğun ve hızlı tempolu ajans ortamına uyum sağlayabilen, motivasyonu yüksek ve sorumluluk sahibi.
