Senior Account Manager

In this role, you will:

• Own the overall success of various B2B customers by identifying and utilizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within your designated portfolio to hit revenue targets.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience during product adoption and deployment by serving as the voice of the customer and coordinating with internal technical, support, and legal teams.
• Develop proactive attrition management plans by identifying at-risk accounts, negotiating customer agreements, and executing effective renewal processes.
• Supervise and continuously update your opportunity pipeline, account statuses, and daily tasks in Salesforce to maintain a data-driven sales motion.
• Engage in Strategic Account Management activities while proactively identifying team process improvements and sharing best practices with other Account Managers.
• Go on periodic business trips to visit your clients and build robust, face-to-face partnerships (when applicable).

Your skills & experiences:

• Extensive experience leading customer engagements with a proven track record of delivering positive results and achieving revenue targets for international B2B clients.
• Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills, paired with a creative, out-of-the-box thinking approach.
• A highly data-driven approach to sales, utilizing key CRM and mailing tools to navigate the sales cycle.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• A self-motivated, ambitious mindset with a strong sense of ownership and empathy for customer needs.
