About this role
As Team Leader of the Screening team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Screening Service and Screening Officers (SOs). The team is responsible for managing screening clearance and compliance process for KPMG’s incoming student candidates, employee and contractor population.
Working closely with other Workforce Operations teams, you will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, including Security Controllers, Engagement Leaders, Performance Leads, Risk, and Account Managers. A key aspect of the role is ensuring the delivery of an exceptional service while meeting demanding timescales and client requirements. Detailed roles & responsibilities include:

Screening Knowledge and Expertise
Strong awareness and understanding of UK screening frameworks, including Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) requirements.
Experience acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within projects, providing specialist guidance and support.
Leadership and Team Development
Proven experience leading teams within a shared services or operational environment.
A track record of coaching, developing, and motivating colleagues to achieve high performance and deliver exceptional service.
