Job Overview

Rocket Growth is a strategic program that enables third-party sellers to leverage Coupang's Rocket Delivery and fulfillment infrastructure to accelerate growth while providing customers with a fast, reliable, world-class shopping experience. Rocket Growth is one of the fastest-growing organizations within Coupang. This team partners closely across operations, product, seller success, and business functions to solve complex challenges that help sellers scale their businesses on Coupang. We are looking for an experienced and strategic Program Manager who can identify complex business challenges, design scalable solutions, and lead cross-functional initiatives that accelerate seller growth and business performance across the Rocket Growth organization.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, E-commerce, Supply Chain, or related fields
• Demonstrated success leading complex projects and programs from concept through execution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders
• Ability to conduct deep dive analyses, identify root causes, and develop actionable recommendations
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting e-commerce, marketplace, fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain businesses
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or related certifications
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring teams
• Advanced proficiency in: Excel, SQL, Tableau, Business Intelligence tools
• Business-level English communication skills
• Experience building scalable operational programs within high-growth organizations

Pay & Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of living across several US geographic markets. At Coupang, your base pay is one part of your total compensation. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,000/year in our lowest geographic market to $132,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
