Seasonal Visual Merchandising Associate

The Role

As our Seasonal Visual Associate, you'll keep the flagship looking its most beautiful through our busiest time of year. You'll work with store leadership to carry out our visual standards every day, so every guest who walks through our doors feels the story and the craft behind each piece.

Responsibilities

• Help with floor flips and holiday floor sets, including early morning or overnight sets as needed
• Replenish the floor from the stockroom all day so sizes, colors, and our Bread & Butter styles are always well stocked
• Uphold visual standards across the sales floor, windows, tables, and fixtures, following brand direction and floor set guidelines
• Style and dress mannequins and forms, refreshing outfits as new product arrives and as items sell through
• Keep the store tidy and guest ready: folding, sizing, steaming, and recovering the floor after busy moments
• Maintain fitting rooms and return product to the floor quickly and neatly
• Care for props, fixtures, and décor, keeping everything clean, in good repair, and stored properly
• Share feedback with leadership on what's selling, what guests are drawn to, and where the floor needs attention
• Welcome and assist guests warmly when needed

Who You Are

• An eye for detail and a love of beautiful, thoughtful presentation
• At least 1 year of experience in visual merchandising, retail styling, or luxury or contemporary retail (preferred)
• Confidence styling mannequins and building outfits that feel effortless and elevated
• A calm, positive presence during busy holiday traffic
• A team first attitude and real warmth toward guests and colleagues

Physical Requirements

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional early morning or late evening floor sets
• Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting boxes (up to 30 lbs), climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods
• Frequent bending, stooping, and lifting
• Frequent handling of inventory including folding, steaming, tagging, and replenishing product
• Support in moving and organizing fixtures, shelving, and lifting mannequins
• Assist with assembly, placement, and adjustments of shelving, fixtures, and displays during store setup and floor moves

Compensation

Hourly Rate of $22-$25
