Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Delivery Specialist (SDS Events) to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in setting up and managing digital and in-person events on user interface (UI) platforms based on event specifications. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional marketing experiences.
What you’ll do:
- Work on UI-based platforms to set up and manage digital events according to requester specifications.
- Support the creation of event builds, a proven marketing tactic for Corporate and Field Marketing teams.
- Collaborate with the Global Demand Center to drive event standardization across geographies.
- Execute digital events such as Webcasts, Teams Live Events, and Virtual Events, ensuring engaging and effective communication with customers, prospects, and partners globally.
- Facilitate end-to-end customer journeys for in-person events, supporting marketers in planning and executing local events.
- Ensure accuracy in event configurations, data tracking, and issue resolution to deliver seamless experiences.
What you’ll need:
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience working with Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions.
- Quick learning ability and self-motivation.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset and logical reasoning skills.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in marketing campaign management, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Digital Event Management, Digital Marketing, and Email Execution.
- Understanding of modern marketing tactics, tools, processes, and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and convey event-related information effectively.
