SDET III (IC3) - Software Engineer in Test III

Emburse is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our engineering team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between software development and quality assurance, designing and implementing robust automated testing frameworks that ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our applications. As an SDET, you’ll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to build efficient test solutions, drive continuous integration, and maintain a high standard of product quality across all releases. As a leader in travel and expense solutions, we are creating a future where technology drives business value and inspires extraordinary results.  What You’ll Do :  Work as the quality champion and SDET within a product scrum team on a large-scale highly distributed enterprise software solutionEstablish test plans/approach for features and functionalityEnsure code changes are thoroughly tested and released efficiently and with high quality Conduct system/E2E testing, and coordinate and execute release and deployment activities for Emburse releases Design and implement automation for integration and workflow tests Assess load/performance testing requirements and create tests to exercise and evaluate system performance under load Pair with developers to ensure applications and features are designed for testability Collaborate with Software Engineers, Product Owners and other stakeholders to ensure our products and services are delivered with high quality Participate in peer code reviews and identifying opportunities to improve the reliability and maintainability of our test automation architecture
