SDE II, Global Trade (Level 5), Global Trade Foundations

We are building systems which can scale across multiple marketplaces and are on built through Agents, LLM, and Real time Recommendations in automated large scale Pan EU landscape.
We are looking for a SDE 2 to lead our tech team, and build coherent architecture and deliver capabilities across WW Amazon Stores. We operate in a high performance co-located agile ecosystem where SDEs, Applied Scientist, Product Managers and Principals frequently connect with end customers of our products. Basic qualifications

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- Knowledge of Machine Learning and LLM fundamentals, including transformer architecture, training/inference lifecycles, and optimization techniques

Preferred qualifications

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
