About this role

Job Summary

seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead Agile project delivery teams and drive successful execution of technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives. The role requires strong stakeholder management, servant leadership, Agile coaching, and project governance capabilities

Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery & Scrum Facilitation

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
  • Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices.
  • Remove impediments and proactively address blockers impacting team productivity.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization.
  • Monitor sprint progress and ensure committed deliverables are achieved.

Project Management

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies.
  • Track project performance using KPIs and Agile metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational governance, PMO standards, and compliance requirements.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, vendors, and delivery teams.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical and business teams.
  • Present project updates, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership and steering committees.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment across teams.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints.
  • Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Escalate critical issues proactively and drive resolution.
  • Maintain project health and delivery predictability.

Agile Metrics & Reporting

  • Track Velocity, Burndown Charts, Burnup Charts, Cycle Time, Lead Time, Sprint Predictability, and Team Capacity.
  • Prepare project dashboards and executive reports.
  • Analyze team performance trends and recommend process improvements.

Resource & Team Management

  • Coordinate with offshore, onsite, and cross-functional teams.
  • Support resource planning, onboarding, and capacity management.
  • Enable collaboration among developers, QA teams, business analysts, and product owners.

Continuous Improvement

  • Drive Agile maturity assessments and improvement initiatives.
  • Implement DevOps and Agile best practices.
  • Promote automation, quality engineering, and Lean principles across teams.
