About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Integration Consultant to join our team, supporting enterprise integration initiatives across SAP and third-party landscapes. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP ECC integration architecture and hands-on experience with middleware/integration platforms used in large-scale enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support integration solutions between SAP ECC and third-party/external systems
  • Work extensively on PI/PO (Process Integration/Process Orchestration) for interface design, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Build and maintain SAP Interfaces (IDocs, RFCs, Web Services, File-based, etc.)
  • Configure and support integrations using middleware/ESB platforms such as MuleSoft (MF), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Service Bus (SB), IBM DataPower, and similar tools
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs
  • Perform end-to-end testing, debugging, and performance tuning of interfaces
  • Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and resolution for integration issues
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation (interface specs, design documents, mapping documents)
  • Ensure integration solutions adhere to security, compliance, and best-practice standards

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience, with a strong focus on SAP integration
  • Hands-on expertise in SAP ECC
  • Strong experience with SAP PI/PO (design, configuration, monitoring)
  • Solid understanding of SAP Interfaces — IDoc, RFC, Proxy, Web Services, etc.
  • Proven experience integrating SAP with third-party systems using middleware platforms such as:
    • MuleSoft (MF)
    • Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)
    • Service Bus (SB)
    • IBM DataPower
    • Or equivalent integration/middleware tools
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-functional and client teams
  • Experience working in large, complex, multi-vendor enterprise environments preferred
