Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will do in This Role:

• Ensure the efficient operation, performance, and security of enterprise applications within the organization.
• Establish and maintain effective incident management processes to track and resolve problems efficiently.
• Manage and optimize applications that are vital to business processes and decision-making.
• Coordinate enhancements for homegrown and commercial software solutions.
• Implement solutions that align with strategic business objectives, foster seamless integration between applications, and ensure end-users have reliable access to the tools and data they need.
• Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, including installation, monitoring, and support.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, IT support, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and implement application changes.
• Collaborate and share information with other Platforms and Service Owners.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in application administration to recommend improvements and innovations that align with organizational goals.
• Embrace continuous learning and self-development.
• Support application rationalization initiatives.
• Work with technology partners and consultancies.
• Support the simplification and consolidation of applications.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Application Administrator or in a similar role.
• Minimum 5 years of functional experience.
• Experience administering operational procedures to ensure services run smoothly.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and agile practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced English level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
• C# language experience.
