Salesforce Senior Technical Consultant with CPQ

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer (CPQ/RCA) who is passionate about designing and delivering scalable Salesforce revenue solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce development, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud Advanced, with a focus on translating complex commercial processes into reliable technical solutions.  

 

 

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and platform configuration. 
• Lead technical delivery for Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud Advanced capabilities across quote-to-cash processes. 
• Translate client requirements into solution designs, user stories, technical specifications, and implementation plans. 
• Configure products, pricing, discounting, approvals, subscriptions, amendments, renewals, and contract lifecycle processes. 
• Build integrations between Salesforce and ERP, billing, tax, identity, or other enterprise platforms using APIs and middleware.  
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex defects, and improve performance, security, maintainability, and test coverage. 
• Guide consultants and developers through technical decisions, delivery standards, estimation, and release readiness. 
• Partner directly with clients and cross-functional teams in English across discovery, demos, testing, deployment, and support. - Support CI/CD, source control, sandbox strategy, data migration, and production release activities.

• Senior-level experience delivering Salesforce solutions in consulting or complex enterprise environments. 
• Hands-on Salesforce development with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, and platform APIs. 
• Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud Advanced, including complex product and pricing models.  
• Strong understanding of quote-to-cash, subscriptions, contracts, amendments, renewals, approvals, and downstream integrations.  
• Experience producing technical designs and leading delivery from discovery through production support. 
• Knowledge of integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, data migration, Git, and CI/CD practices. 
• Strong client-facing communication, analytical thinking, ownership, and collaboration skills. 
• Professional English proficiency for client meetings, documentation, and distributed team collaboration. 
• Preferred: Salesforce platform, CPQ, or Revenue Cloud certifications; no certification is mandatory based on current intake. 
• Preferred: Experience with MuleSoft, Copado, Gearset, Salesforce CLI, or comparable delivery tooling.
