Job Overview We are searching for a Sales Support professional to join our team, specializing in providing exceptional assistance to our Golf Sales channel and the clubs, partnerships, and organizations we serve. This individual will be responsible for day-to-day golf sales operations, including supporting Golf Sales reps, processing customer orders, fielding customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between Sales, Fulfillment, and key accounts. We are looking for someone who is highly organized with a sense of urgency to serve and support our Golf channel partners. Attention to detail (pricing, ordering, delivery dates, customer-specific requirements) and a keen eye for accuracy are critical for this role, particularly when managing national accounts and seasonal order flows. Strong verbal and written skills are necessary to be successful, along with an ability to shift priorities quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities Serve as the primary day-to-day sales support for Golf accounts, managing all inbound and outbound communication, including quotes, order support, product questions, issue resolution, and follow-up. Assist Golf Sales Team with administrative tasks such as data entry, quote and order entry, filing, and maintaining accurate account records. Manage the customer order lifecycle from quote to delivery, including order minimums, product availability, delivery timelines, and order updates, working closely with Operations and Production to deliver accurate, on-time, complete orders. Develop strong product knowledge across the UNRL line, including fabrics, fits, sizing, performance features, and product applications, to guide golf customers toward the right solutions. Support Golf Sales with account preparation, seasonal selling initiatives, product launches, and key Green Grass buying cycles. Assist with UNRL customer experiences, including PGA Show, golf events, and other sales or brand experiences. Analyze customer data to identify critical account information, including buying patterns, order status, accounts receivable, product performance, opportunities, and areas for account growth. Stay current on golf trends to better support customers and contribute to sales efforts. Act as the internal advocate for customers, providing clear and actionable Voice of Customer feedback to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams. Proactively nurture customer relationships to ensure strong partnerships, consistent engagement, and long-term account health. Support the development of sales presentations, proposals, catalogs, seasonal selling materials, and promotional materials.
