A Day in the Life

The Sales Supervisor for Cardiovascular Therapies will drive growth across Interventional Cardiology, RDN and Structural Heart in the UAE. The role combines priority account management with supervision of sales and clinical support teams, ensuring effective execution of commercial plans, achievement of sales targets and increased therapy adoption. Candidates should bring strong UAE market knowledge, cardiovascular experience and established relationships with interventional cardiologists, cath lab teams and hospital stakeholders, while supporting clinical programs, cross-functional collaboration and consistently high customer service standards.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Execute territory and account sales plans for Interventional Cardiology, RDN & Structural Heart
• Achieve assigned revenue, market-share, product-adoption and account-growth objectives
• Promote the company’s cardiovascular products and therapies to new and existing customers
• Identify opportunities to expand product utilization, establish new programs and penetrate underdeveloped accounts
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts, opportunity updates and performance reports
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, customer needs and pricing developments
• Support new product launches and commercialization activities across the UAE
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of assigned sales and clinical support team members
• Provide field coaching, product guidance and support during customer meetings and clinical activities
• Manage relationships with interventional cardiologists, structural heart teams , cath lab managers, hospital management and procurement stakeholders
• Develop and execute account plans for priority government and private healthcare institutions
• Understand customer decision-making processes, clinical priorities and patient pathways
• Support contract negotiations, pricing discussions, tender submissions and customer follow-up
• Drive the adoption and penetration of cardiovascular technologies, with particular focus on TAVI and other priority therapies
• Coordinate physician training, clinical workshops, proctorships, case support and therapy-development activities
• Work closely with Marketing, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, Regulatory and Market Access teams
• Monitor inventory, consignment stock, short-dated products and customer-specific stock requirements.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences or another relevant discipline
• Minimum six years of relevant sales, commercial or clinical experience in medical devices, medtech or healthcare
• Strong cardiovascular experience covering: Interventional Cardiology, Renel Denervation & Structural Heart, including direct TAVI experience
• Previous experience supervising, coaching or coordinating sales or clinical support professionals
• Strong knowledge of the UAE cardiovascular market and its government and private healthcare institutions
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and develop new and existing accounts
• Experience supporting tenders, contracting, pricing, forecasting, inventory and consignment management
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
