Responsibilities
What You'll Earn
- Weekly pay, uncapped commission structure
- Most new reps earn $900–$1,200/week during training and ramp-up
- Successful reps typically earn $1,200–$2,000+/week
- Top performers earn significantly more
- Fast promotion opportunities in as little as 30–90 days based on performance
What You'll Do
- Work directly with homeowners throughout the Cincinnati area
- Build customer relationships face-to-face
- Educate customers on renewable energy and enrollment options
- Guide customers through a smooth and professional enrollment process
- Manage your pipeline and work toward weekly performance goals
- Develop communication, leadership, and sales skills through daily coaching and mentorship
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
- Coachable and eager to grow professionally
- Reliable with full-time availability (Monday–Friday, 11 AM–8 PM)
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
