Responsabilități:

  • Gestionarea portofoliului de clienți: menține relațiile comerciale cu clienții si identifică oportunități noi de business
  • Promovarea produselor și campaniilor: prezintă oferta companiei, evidențiază beneficiile și avantajele competitive, adaptează argumentele comerciale la nevoile clientului
  • Realizarea obiectivelor de vânzări: indeplinește targetele de vânzare stabilite, monitorizează permanent rezultatele, urmareste planurile de actiune stabilite, intervine cu masuri cand sunt deviatii fata de target
  • Planificarea și organizarea activității: realizeaza vizite la clientii din portofoliu, are intâlniri și apeluri comerciale cu clientii si colaboratorii, prioritizează activitățile în funcție de impact, gestionează eficient timpul și teritoriul alocat
  • Analiza indicatorilor comerciali: analizează volumele de vânzare, monitorizează profitabilitatea și evoluția clienților, interpretează date și rapoarte pentru identificarea oportunităților
  • Colaborare internă: lucrează cu echipele interne, de marketing, logistică, financiar și suport clienți, contribuie la rezolvarea situatiilor care intervin în relația comercială

    Cerințe:

    • Experiență de minimum 1 an în vânzări
    • Permis de conducere categoria B
    • Cunoștințe Microsoft Office, în special Excel la nivel mediu
    • Capacitate de analiză și interpretare a indicatorilor comerciali
    • Bune abilități de comunicare, negociere și prezentare
    • Capacitate de organizare și prioritizare a activităților
    • Orientare către rezultate și atingerea obiectivelor de vânzări
    • Disponibilitate pentru activitate de teren și deplasări frecvente

    Minime abilitati si cunostinte:

    • Cunoștințe de bază despre piața farmaceutică și canalele de distribuție- reprezinta un avantaj
    • Înțelegerea procesului de vânzare și a relației cu clienții
    • Cunoștințe de utilizare a pachetului Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Experiență de lucru cu sisteme CRM reprezintă un avantaj
