Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing Chicago homeowners have the legal right to choose their energy supplier. You’ll help them understand their options and make an informed choice.
- Meet homeowners face-to-face in assigned Chicago neighborhoods
- Explain the program clearly, accurately, and honestly
- Enroll customers yourself, with no handing deals off to a closer
- Represent MPower Direct professionally in every conversation
- Train daily and work toward individual and team goals
- We treat every customer with honesty and respect

- We coach each other and celebrate each other’s wins
- We respect every neighborhood and background we work in

- Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, inside sales, or logistics, or none at all
