Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Agent to join our team and drive revenue by connecting customers with the right products and solutions.

This is a sales-focused, performance-driven role for someone who is confident communicating with customers, identifying their needs, following up on leads, and closing deals.

The ideal candidate is proactive, goal-oriented, persuasive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and follow up with leads and potential customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Build rapport with customers and provide an excellent sales experience.
• Handle customer objections and effectively communicate product value.
• Close sales and consistently work toward individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM tools.
• Manage and follow up on your sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Participate in required training and continuously develop sales knowledge and skills.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a call center, inside sales, or customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and consistently following up with customers.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Experience using CRM tools is preferred.

• Laptop or desktop computer.
• Minimum 8 GB RAM; 16 GB recommended.
• USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone.
• Stable power and internet connection.
• Ability to connect via Ethernet.

• Wired (Ethernet) connection strongly preferred over Wi-Fi
