Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Project Manager to drive business growth while managing customer projects from initial inquiry through final installation. This role combines relationship-building, estimating, project coordination, and customer service to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Meet with clients to understand project requirements and provide signage solutions.
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and project schedules.
- Coordinate projects between customers, design, production, and installation teams.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and customer communications.
- Conduct site visits and field measurements when required.
- Track project progress and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.
- Maintain CRM and project management records.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2+ years of sales, project management, signage, construction, or related experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience preparing estimates and managing project schedules.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license.
