Position: Sales Planner
Place of Posting: Sobha Corporate Office, Bengaluru
Reports To: Manager Sales Planning and Operations

Educational Background

  • MBA in Data Analytics, Marketing, or Finance.

Work Experience

  • 0–1 year of experience, preferably in Real Estate.

  • Freshers with relevant academic/project experience may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support new project/product launches by preparing launch presentations and sales collaterals.

  • Conduct market studies and competitor analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and business insights.

  • Own the monthly MIS reporting process, ensuring data accuracy, timely reporting, and reconciliation.

  • Coordinate with regional sales teams and support them with booking-related data, reports, and analysis.

  • Develop and manage dashboards and reports in Salesforce to provide real-time visibility into sales performance.

  • Identify opportunities to standardize and improve sales processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Generate actionable insights from sales data to support business and strategic decision-making.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with regional sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Exposure to market research and competitor analysis will be an added advantage.
