About this role
Responsabilidades e Atribuições:
- Realizar a confecção de propostas e pedidos, além de enviar propostas comerciais aos clientes.
- Atendimento ao cliente interno e externo através de e-mail, telefone, Teams, e outros canais como call e chat.
- Realizar o contato com o fornecedor e estabelecer parcerias com clientes.
- Prestar suporte ao Account Manager e interagir com o time interno para atualizações e follow-up dos processos.
- Apoiar a equipe em todas as questões operacionais, incluindo a atualização de dados em sistema e a realização de cadastro de clientes.
- Auxiliar na elaboração de planilhas e relatórios, além de revisar cotações com gerentes de contas.
Requisitos e Qualificações:
- Conhecimento em Pacote Office, incluindo Excel básico ou intermediário.
Diferenciais:
- Inglês básico ou intermediário.
- Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Gestão Empresarial ou áreas correlatas.
