Job Description

Your contribution:

• Support the Sales team and technical development departments to boost the business with new and strategic customer accounts within the automotive industry.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with Start Ups, OEMs and Tier-1s together with the responsible Sales Manager.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the acquisition of new Leads through LinkedIn SalesNavigator.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and delivery teams to develop customer-specific solutions.
• Prepare customer presentations, commercial proposals, and contract documentation together with the Sales Managers.
• Support negotiations and commercial discussions with customers.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitive developments.
• Maintain and update sales pipelines and CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Participate in customer meetings and industry events.
• Contribute to achieving business growth and revenue targets.

Your profile:

• Bringing a first experience in sales, account management, project management, or business development is an advantage (internship).
• Strong interest in automotive engineering and mobility technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
• Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations from time to time.
• Fluent in German; English is considered a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools e.g., Salesforce.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Understanding of automotive development processes.
• Knowledge of vehicle development, testing, validation, software, E/E systems, or electrification.
• Experience working with automotive OEMs or suppliers is a plus.
• International and intercultural experience is beneficial.
