About this role

Company Description

EasyVista is a leading European IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations platform, providing organisations with a unified cloud-based solution to manage IT service delivery, automate workflows, monitor digital infrastructure and support employees across increasingly complex enterprise environments. Its platform combines ITSM, Remote Support, Monitoring, Automation and AI capabilities to help CIO organisations improve operational efficiency, reduce downtime and deliver a better digital employee experience.

Founded in France, EasyVista has grown into a leading European provider of IT Service Management and IT Operations software provider, serving more than 3,000 customers globally across enterprise, public sector and mid-market organisations. The business has expanded both organically and through acquisition, most recently strengthening its position in the DACH region through the acquisition and integration of OTRS, one of Germany's best-known ITSM platforms.

Under Eurazeo's ownership, EasyVista has entered the next phase of its evolution: transforming from a traditional ITSM software provider into a broader AI-enabled IT Operations platform. Alongside significant investment in product innovation, the business has expanded into Remote Support, Monitoring and Automation, transitioned towards a subscription-led commercial model, invested in Customer Success and is building a scalable partner ecosystem. Following the acquisition and ongoing integration of OTRS, Germany has become one of EasyVista's most strategic growth markets, with the business now focused on scaling its enterprise platform, accelerating cross-sell opportunities and establishing itself as a leading European alternative within the IT Operations software market.

  • Design and implement data governance practices, including deduplication, enrichment, validation rules, and quality monitoring to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable business data
  • Define and enforce technical standards across sandbox and production environments, ensuring controlled deployments, effective testing, and reliable production releases

2. System Architecture and Technical Leadership

  • Serve as technical lead for the Revenue Operations technology stack, ensuring alignment, scalability, and operational excellence across business systems
  • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions and architectural approaches that optimize business value, scalability, maintainability, AI enablement, and operational efficiency while minimizing complexity and technical debt

3. Documentation and Knowledge Transfer

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architectures, administration guides, operational procedures, and best-practice standards
  • Deliver clear, actionable outputs and provide user training, knowledge transfer, and AI adoption guidance to support successful solution deployment and ongoing operations

AI-Driven Revenue Operations

  • Design and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents that automate revenue processes, improve productivity, and enhance decision-making across the customer lifecycle
  • Integrate LLM capabilities into business applications and automation frameworks while establishing governance for security, privacy, reliability, and operational scalability
  • Establish and enforce AI guardrails, including human oversight, approval workflows, auditability, fallback mechanisms, cost controls, and data privacy standards to ensure safe and reliable production use
  • Measure AI solution effectiveness through adoption, accuracy, operational impact, time savings, and business outcome metrics, continuously optimizing solutions beyond initial deployment
