职位描述:

您将管理日常销售运作以及维护渠道与客户的关系。根据产品方向，扩大Galderma中国的产品销售。计划和执行产品推广和销售，完成公司的各项计划目标。

职位要求: 

·         根据产品的营销策略方案及新品上市，最大程度提升销售价值，销售增长，扩大产品在所负责区域的销量，增幅产品的市场占有率

·         负责区域内产品推广，提供专业的产品支持

·         维护现有客户，保持与客户的良好沟通，实时把握客户需求，根据产品定位积极拓展新客户

·         积极把握市场动态，定期反馈市场信息，按要求完成销售和市场报告

·         与公司员工保持紧密合作，确保工作顺利进行

·         维护产品形象，促进产品持续发展

技能资格: 

·         本科及以上学历，医学/药学/生物学等相关专业优先

·         3年及以上外企医药或医疗器械行业销售经验优先

·         热爱销售工作，善于自我激励和可以承受一定的压力

·         良好的沟通能力及成功的销售记录
