As a Healthcare Sales Engineer focused on our Provider domain, you will work closely with healthcare organizations to identify opportunities where AI-powered automation can improve clinical, operational, and administrative workflows while enabling caregivers to focus more time on patients.

You will help healthcare providers modernize operations, reduce administrative burden, improve workforce productivity, and accelerate digital transformation initiatives.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare provider organizations, helping them identify opportunities to improve patient, caregiver, and operational outcomes with Agentic Automation.

  • Evangelize the value of combining AI agents, automation, process intelligence, and human expertise to transform healthcare operations.

  • Partner with account teams to define customer strategies, align solutions to organizational priorities, and expand UiPath’s footprint within provider organizations.

  • Conduct discovery workshops to understand current workflows, operational challenges, and transformation priorities across clinical and administrative functions.

  • Leverage process intelligence methodologies to uncover inefficiencies, quantify business impact, and prioritize transformation initiatives.

  • Design and deliver compelling demonstrations, workshops, executive briefings, and proof-of-value engagements.

  • Architect solutions that leverage AI, automation, orchestration, document understanding, and agentic workflows.

  • Collaborate with Product + Engineering, Customer Success, and Industry Solution teams to continuously improve healthcare-focused offerings.

  • Develop industry-specific solution narratives and use cases tailored to healthcare priorities.

  • Support technical evaluations and guide customers through architecture, security, governance, scalability, and deployment discussions.

  • Act as a thought leader within the healthcare payer market and represent UiPath at customer meetings, industry events, and executive briefings

  • Share best practices, lessons learned, and industry insights across the UiPath go-to-market organization.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Deep expertise in Healthcare Provider operations, including areas such as:

    • Revenue cycle management

    • Patient access and scheduling

    • Registration and intake

    • Prior authorization

    • Clinical documentation workflows

    • Health information management

    • Referral management

    • Care coordination

    • Patient engagement

    • Supply chain and operational services

    • Workforce management

  • Experience helping healthcare providers improve operational efficiency, financial performance, and patient outcomes through technology-enabled transformation.

  • Ability to connect operational healthcare challenges with AI and automation solutions that drive measurable business results.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology ecosystems, healthcare applications, and solution architecture principles.

  • Experience leading consultative discovery conversations with clinical, operational, financial, and technical stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to executive, business, and technical audiences.

  • Knowledge of continuous improvement, process optimization, and digital transformation methodologies.

  • Experience working with large health systems, provider networks, academic medical centers, or other complex healthcare organizations.

  • Background in sales engineering, consulting, solution architecture, healthcare transformation, intelligent automation, or related disciplines.

  • Optional: Experience with common system integrations and interfaces that directly impact healthcare provider workflows.

  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for innovation and continuous learning.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
