Sales Development Representative

We are seeking energetic, ambitious Sales Development Representatives (SDR's) to increase our outbound pipeline in the fast-growing payment software industry. In this phone-focused role, you will be executing high-volume outbound calls to engage key decision-makers, uncover product solution opportunities, and provide value-add offerings to prospective clients. This position is a launchpad designed for competitive individuals hungry for career advancement and uncapped compensation structure, offering opportunities to grow vertically and financially.

Responsibilities

• Focus on outbound dialing to connect with business prospects.
• Qualify prospects and set product demonstration appointments through proactive outbound prospecting.
• Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the various proprietary solutions available from EBizCharge.
• Manage time effectively to meet daily phone productivity of 65% per day.
• Learn our CRM/data system and utilize the system efficiently and properly.

Qualifications

• Prior outbound B2B lead generation phone sales experience is required.
• Recent BA/BS degree is highly preferred.
• Willing to learn and coachable.
• An upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
• Fully onsite in our Irvine, CA office is required.
