Position Summary
The Sales Coordinator will serve as an important point of contact throughout the guest journey, helping ensure that inquiries are handled promptly, details are accurately communicated, and events are successfully coordinated from initial inquiry through execution. The Sales Coordinator will support the park’s sales and events operations. This position will be responsible for responding to incoming sales inquiries, communicating with prospective guests and clients, preparing and sending proposals and contracts, and coordinating birthday parties and other assigned events held within the park.
The regular schedule for this position is Tuesday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM; however, flexibility is required, as the schedule may occasionally be adjusted to accommodate holidays, special events, or operational needs.
This role pays an hourly rate of $25.00.

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales leads, inquiries, and requests for information.
- Communicate with prospective guests and clients by phone, email, and other approved communication channels.
- Gather event details, guest needs, preferences, and other information necessary to develop appropriate event proposals.
- Follow up with prospective clients to answer questions, provide additional information, and support the sales conversion process.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of leads, client communications, event details, and sales activity.
- Assist the sales team with lead follow-up and other administrative sales responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in preparing and sending proposals, quotes, contracts, and other event-related documents.
- Ensure proposals and contracts accurately reflect event details, pricing, packages, services, and agreed-upon arrangements.
- Communicate confirmed event details to appropriate internal departments and leadership.
- Maintain accurate calendars, event schedules, client files, and sales documentation.
- Assist with tracking sales activity, event bookings, payments, and other administrative information as assigned.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; college coursework or a degree in hospitality, business, sales, event management, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of previous experience in sales coordination, event coordination, hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately manage multiple event details simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or other business and scheduling software.
- Ability to communicate professionally with guests, clients, vendors, and internal team members.
- Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
