About this role
Sales Coordinator – Personal Finance
Job Purpose
Support the end-to-end processing of Personal Finance buyout cases by coordinating with internal teams, branches, employers, and external banks to ensure timely case closure, salary transfer completion, and accurate case tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned buyout cases and ensure closure within agreed TAT.
- Coordinate Manager's Cheque issuance, delivery, and cancellation processes.
- Follow up on clearance letters and salary transfer requirements.
- Liaise with branches, Tanfeeth, sales teams, employers, and other banks.
- Maintain accurate MIS reports and case tracking records.
- Ensure timely submission of all required documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 1 year of banking experience.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
