About this role
What you’ll be doing?
Order processing & administration
Manage order processing for devices and consumables, handling enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
Provide administrative support for the sales and service team, including order data entry and document filing.
Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse team to arrange deliveries and follow up on shipment status.
Who are we looking for?
Diploma or above with 3 years of relevant work experience; or university graduates.
Minimun 3 years of experience in operations, sales support or customer service roles
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in processing devices & consumables orders
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience in ERP, SAP and CRM system
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Customer focus: commitment to high service levels and timely issue resolution
Operational excellence: detail-oriented, well-organized, and execution-focused
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Proactive and willing to learn
Self-motivated and good team spirit
