Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing and sales activities to support campaign execution and sales goals.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Also heaving experience in spare parts handling coffee machine and equipment
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Facilitate communication between marketing, sales teams, and other departments.
• Organize meetings, events, and promotional activities.
• Track and report on sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing and/or sales coordination or support roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate cross-departmental activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and marketing tools.
• Basic analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
