As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll be right in the middle of it all. You’ll work alongside an experienced Sales team, build relationships with clients and get a behind-the-scenes look at how some of the region’s biggest events come to life.

Job Description

We’re looking for an energetic, organised and people-focused Sales Coordinator to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into hotel sales or build on their existing hospitality, events or administration experience. You don’t need to know everything from day one. We’re looking for someone who is keen to learn, gets things done and enjoys working with people.

What you’ll be doing:

• Respond to event and group enquiries and provide a great first impression
• Prepare proposals and contracts that showcase our resort and event spaces
• Coordinate and host client site inspections across the resort
• Build strong client relationships through clear and timely communication
• Work with operational teams to ensure smooth event handovers
• Maintain our CRM and keep sales opportunities up to date
• Support sales campaigns and initiatives to drive new business
• Track sales KPIs and support the team in achieving revenue targets

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

• Enthusiasm and a genuine interest in building a career in hospitality
• A friendly and confident approach to building client relationships
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Confidence using technology and learning new systems
• A proactive approach and willingness to take initiative
• Previous hospitality, events, sales or administration experience is highly regarded but not essential
