We are looking for a high-energy sales professional with strong business acumen, a proactive mindset, and the potential to grow into a future sales leader.

The Sales Client Partner will own client relationships, grow existing accounts, and identify and develop new business opportunities.

Required Experience

  • 5–8 years of overall professional experience
  • Minimum 3 years of quota-carrying sales experience
  • Consistent achievement of sales targets over the past 3 years
  • Strong client-facing experience
  • Experience supporting or owning $500K+ deals
  • Ability to clearly explain their specific contribution to major deals
  • Must have a background in IT Services, IT Consulting, Managed Services, or a Technology Product company
  • Delivery, consulting, or presales experience is preferred

  • Comfortable working with senior executives and decision-makers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Practical understanding of AI and its application in business
  • Ability to confidently explain Orion’s AI-first approach
  • Proven ability to grow existing accounts and develop new business
  • Flexible, coachable, and willing to take ownership
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a hands-on environment
