Job Description

Colliers is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated junior sales professional to add value to our dynamic off the plan residential sales team. We are looking for a person with the right energy, drive and attitude that we can help develop into an outstanding apartment sales professional. Ideally the successful candidate will have had previous exposure and knowledge of the property industry and Colliers will provide the training, guidance and leadership to ensure you are able to succeed in this role.

This permanent, full-time position will require the successful applicant to work Tuesday - Saturday on 2 apartment projects located at Broadbeach and Chevron Island on the Gold Coast.

The core duties and responsibilities of the position are:

• Meeting and greeting prospective buyers
• Handle buyer enquiries & follow up
• Entering and updating data in the various systems like CRM & DevID
• Preparing documentation like sales summaries
• Monitor and follow up buyers, contracts and deposits
• Monitoring and reporting responses from promotional activities
• Assisting with weekly sales reports
• Conducting market research
• Attend weekly meetings sales and marketing meetings

Qualifications

To be considered, you will be required to have a current QLD salespersons certificate as well as a willingness to apply yourself to all tasks and responsibilities that are assigned to you.
