About this Role

The role is 100% remote.

  • Track action items through completion to ensure customer deliverables are met
  • Coordinate with sales and engineering to ensure estimates are accurate, complete, and delivered on time
  • Support the sales team with customer outreach, meeting scheduling, and day-to-day tasks
  • Attend tradeshows and customer visits with the sales team
  • Update NetSuite with customer Total Addressable Market information as needed

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or marketing
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
