Key Responsibilities

Partners Store Motivation

  • Visit partner stores regularly to coach, train, and inspire retail teams, ensuring strong brand knowledge and ongoing enthusiasm for Noble Panacea.
  • Build meaningful relationships with partner store teams to drive engagement, advocacy, and long-term loyalty to the brand.
  • Ensure excellence in merchandising, visual presentation, and sampling execution across all retail locations.
  • Identify and implement creative initiatives to increase sell-out performance and elevate the customer experience.

Brand counters

  • Collaborate with Sales Director in recruiting, hiring, training and managing best in-class in-store Beauty Advisors for retail channels
  • Maintain the highest standards of grooming, service, and brand representation across all team members.
  • Ensure merchandising and sampling guidelines are implemented
  • Plan and co-ordinate consultant and freelancers’ rotas to ensure maximum cover during peak business hours
  • Own and drive the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sell-out targets across Noble Panacea counters and retail partners.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, proactively identifying opportunities and implementing action plans to exceed targets.
  • Lead from the front by working regularly on the shop floor, supporting retail operations, building client relationships, and contributing directly to the achievement of sales targets.

Increasing market share and meeting sell out targets

  • Partner with the Sales Director EU and Trade Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive sell-out growth.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics for Beauty Advisors and ensure sales objectives are achieved.
  • Champion an exceptional end-to-end customer journey at point of sale.

Events

  • Support the planning and flawless execution of retailer and brand events.
  • Lead in-store communication and event activation to maximize engagement and sales impact.
  • Source and coordinate local event requirements where appropriate.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and host during retailer and consumer-facing events.
  • Recommend event strategies aligned with retailer priorities, customer insights, and market opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with complementary luxury brands and partners to attract high-net-worth customers to our points of sale

Training

  • Deliver engaging seasonal training sessions for retailer teams and Beauty Advisors.
  • Monitor and report on competitive training initiatives and market best practices.
  • Lead onboarding and education programs for new retail team members.
  • Recommend and support the distribution of digital and printed training tools and materials.
  • Drive adoption of Clienteling on our own counters

Reporting

  • Prepare weekly sell-out reports, including promotional activities, activations, and key business insights.
  • Monitor competitor activity and promotions to identify opportunities and inform future planning.
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews highlighting achievements, opportunities, and action plans.
  • Analyse sell-out trends across retailers and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Track and report monthly sales KPIs, sell-in, and sell-through performance.
  • Gather and share retailer feedback, insights, and product performance data to support future launches and business decisions.

Business support functions

  • Represent and advocate retailer needs with internal cross-functional partners in sales, trade marketing, marketing, merchandising, and education.
  • Develop and perform competitive research and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with store management teams and communicate seasonal marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Based in Paris, with the ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Proven track record of driving sell-out performance within the skincare, beauty, or luxury retail industry.
  • Entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and build strong partnerships.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, retail excellence, or education roles within premium or luxury beauty brands.
  • Highly positive, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
  • Naturally charismatic with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • A true people person who can quickly establish trust, build rapport, and create meaningful connections with retail teams, partners, and clients.
  • Passionate about motivating, coaching, and inspiring others to achieve outstanding results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage audiences ranging from Beauty Advisors to senior retail stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Native French and fluent English.
  • Proven training and coaching experience, both in-store and in group settings.
  • Adaptable, agile, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
