About this role
The Allied Solutions internship program is a robust and consistent internship program for juniors and seniors. The program will focus on learning and development as well as hands-on experience. The program will immerse the intern into a broad range of responsibilities, allowing you to execute projects within your area of professional interests.
Interested applicants must be available during the 12-week program (May 17th – Aug. 6th, 2027). This is a full-time internship (40-hours per week) based at our headquarters in Carmel, IN.
The Sales Analytics Intern at Allied Solutions will gain hands-on experience working with sales data to uncover insights that drive strategy and performance. The intern will support pipeline management, help build visual dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and usability. Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with pipeline management by updating and maintaining sales activity data across products
- Learn how to clean and organize data for accuracy and consistency across reports
- Support the design of Power BI dashboards to visualize sales trends, volumes, and account activity
- Review pipeline data to spot patterns and trends that can inform sales strategies
- Translate findings into clear summaries and visuals for internal presentations and reports
- Contribute ideas for streamlining processes to make data entry and reporting more efficient
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Analytics Consultants and stakeholders to ensure data reflects current opportunities
- Gain hands-on exposure to reporting tools (Smartsheet, Excel, Power BI) to support decision-making
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA)
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field
Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
A creative thinker who enjoys turning numbers into stories people can understand
Excited to learn new tools and approaches to data visualization
Collaborative and curious, with a willingness to ask questions and share ideas
