Werden Sie Teil unserer Erfolgsgeschichte und verstärken Sie das Team im Samsonite Store im Outlet in Wustermark zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Verkaufsberater/Sales Advisor (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (24 Std/Woche).
Hauptaufgaben:
- Verkauf hochwertiger Reisegepäck-, Business- und Lifestyle-Produkte sowie professionelle Beratung unserer nationalen und internationalen Kundschaft
- Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen durch exzellenten Service und ein erstklassiges Einkaufserlebnis
- Repräsentation unserer Marken und Vermittlung eines authentischen Markenerlebnisses am Point of Sale
- Aktive Mitgestaltung einer ansprechenden Warenpräsentation unter Berücksichtigung der Visual-Merchandising-Richtlinien
- Unterstützung aller operativen Abläufe im Store, einschließlich Warenannahme, Lagerorganisation, Bestandsmanagement und Warenpflege
- Sicherer Umgang mit dem Kassensystem sowie ordnungsgemäße Kassenführung und Kassenabrechnung
Anforderungen:
- Erste Erfahrung im Verkauf, idealerweise im Premium- oder Einzelhandelsumfeld
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Freundliches, serviceorientiertes und überzeugendes Auftreten
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
- Teamgeist sowie die Fähigkeit, selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten
- Hohe Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft
