Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, resourceful and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. The position provides administrative support across key areas including CRM data management, order processing, reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. It plays a key role in maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring smooth operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain CRM data, ensuring accuracy of order dates, pipeline information, and project records to support reporting and sales visibility
  • Process sales orders and support SAP activities, including project setup
  • Prepare and coordinate weekly sales reporting, including SMT sales packs, ensuring data is accurate, up to date, and submission deadlines are met
  • Support project handover processes between Sales and project teams, ensuring all required documentation, approvals, and tracking are in place
  • Coordinate communication between Sales, Finance, Operations, and external stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain process flow
  • Manage customer and supplier communications, including responding to queries, supporting pre-qualification submissions, and maintaining professional correspondence
  • Maintain and update compliance registers, pre-qualification documentation, and audit-ready records in line with client and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for internal reviews, customer meetings, and senior leadership updates
  • Support event coordination and logistics (e.g. conferences, client meetings), including attendee tracking, communications, and follow-ups
  • Assist with data analysis and reporting to support sales performance tracking and decision-making

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or another related discipline
  • Proven experience in a sales support, sales administration, order processing, CRM upkeep, or reporting role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally within engineering or a high-growth business
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems; experience with SAP is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate reports and support data-driven decisions
  • Experience coordinating with sales and operations teams is a plus
  • Eligible to work in Ireland
