Job Description

Sales Support

• Prepare and issue quotation based on information provided by Sales – via Salesforce with respective Project & Opportunities.
• Follow up on quotation status and maintain quotation records.
• Follow up on order status on project basis (to communicate with CSD who handle KPM customers) and resolve documentation issues.
• Record & monitoring delivery schedule for KPM projects (list of products, rate, qty & delivery schedule) – can be done with input from Sales and CSD.
• To support customers’ enquiries pertaining to stocks’ availability, deliveries.
• Liasing with CSD/ warehouse for order delivery/ customer own collection.

Customer Account Support

• Process new customer account application
• Coordinate credit application documentation and account opening requirements.
• Maintain customer contact information and records

Documentation Management

• Maintain proper filing of project correspondence and records (Quotation issued, PO received, Delivery Advice)
• Assist in preparing project submission documents (PDS, SDS, MS, Certificate)
• Ensure that all documentation is in place for Warranty Application before submitting for approval (DO, PO)
• Raise product sample request (if any)
• Drafting routine correspondence and letters.
• Prepare all sales materials as required for sales calls and seminars / training;

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience with exposure to sales office environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce for quotation and sales order tracking.
• Good organizational skills with ability to priorities and work independently with little supervision.
• Strong inter-personal skills with colleagues at all levels.
• Team player within the Business Units and among other Business Units.
• Good computer skills in Microsoft applications, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
