Job Description:

Werde Teil unseres großartigen Teams, das jeden Tag sein Bestes gibt, um unseren Kunden ein Lächeln ins Gesicht zu zaubern.

DEIN AUFGABENBEREICH BEINHALTET

  • Scannen, Sortieren und Aufteilen der Pakete

  • Paketeingabe in UPS-Systeme und Paketbearbeitung, wie z.B. Adresskorrekturen und Schadensbearbeitung

  • Telefonischer und persönlicher Kundenkontakt (Zustelltermine vereinbaren, Paketannahme und – Ausgabe, Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und -beschwerden)

  • Arbeitszeit: Montag bis Freitag von 06:30 bis 09:30 Uhr – insgesamt 15 Stunden pro Woche

DAS ZEICHNET DICH AUS:

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise

  • Genauigkeit

  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit

  • Flexibilität und Pünktlichkeit

  • Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit

DAS ERWARTET DICH:

  • Pünktliche Entlohnung - dein Mindestgehalt beträgt brutto monatlich 955,00 Euro für 15 Stunden pro Woche, abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung.
