RSM-Professional Loans

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for Professional Loan products through direct sourcing and referrals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, CAs, architects, dentists, consultants, and other eligible professionals.
• Generate leads through market mapping, networking, channel partners, DSAs, and existing customer references.
• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for loan disbursements.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and underwriting teams to ensure timely processing and disbursement.
• Conduct preliminary credit assessments and collect all required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, KYC, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the loan lifecycle.
