Royalty Workflows Coordinator (Moosic, PA Hybrid)

Overview

The Royalty Workflows Coordinator is responsible for tracking and matching up all incoming ACH and wire payments, organizing all incoming mail, distributing dockets on a weekly basis, and maintaining contact with licensees, along with providing ongoing administrative support. A prospective candidate for this role will benefit from a background in royalties (book publishing royalties experience is preferred) and accounting and finance. Prior experience with Klopotek Royalty Software is a plus. The candidate must be extremely detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a deadline driven environment. There will be a considerable need for accuracy in data entry and communication skills when working with the licensees.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for organizing all incoming mail.
• Responsible for tracking all wire payments, matching documentation to said payments andconverting them to US dollars.
• Responsible for contacting licensees to request documentation where needed.
• Responsible for monitoring and distributing a list of contracts that need finalization on a weeklybasis.
• Responsible for distributing royalty dockets on a weekly basis.
• Organizes and maintains royalty files.
• Organizes statement mailing process as well as providing direction to royalty colleagues.
• Responsible for special projects as deemed necessary.
• Needs ability to work independently on a daily basis. Works with departmental supervisors,managers or director when necessary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• A minimum of 1 year in a corporate accounting, finance, or royalty department is desired.
• Experience in book publishing is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
• Detail-oriented and highly organized•Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Prior experience using Klopotek Royalty Software and/or JD Edwards Financial Software is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime as needed

The salary range for this position is $46,000-$50,000. We recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company.
