This Position reports to:
Service Sales Manager
Your Role: Own the Challenge
In this role, you will drive service sales processes, generate new service opportunities, and secure profitable sales within the designated areas. Each day, you will focus on Installed Base (IB) penetration and promote the full Service product portfolio. You will also leverage your expertise to build long-term customer relationships and ensure prompt responses to specific customer needs and issues.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Robotics Service Area in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities:
- Penetrate the Installed Base by promoting upgrades, retrofits, and value-added solutions that benefit both customers and ABB.
- Understand channel strategy, establish related pricing, prepare sales plans, review performance, and propose recovery plans when needed.
- Generate service sales leads and develop new market opportunities by analyzing market trends and identifying potential new service offerings.
- Act as a marketer and salesperson for ABB’s service products and solutions during campaigns, trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in technical service sales, preferably in automation and/or robotics
- Knowledge of the automotive market and general industry
- Experience with sales management tools, preferably Salesforce
- Advanced english
- Willingness to travel
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering
